CHRONIC DISEASE MANAGEMENT PLAN (REFERRED BY YOUR GP)

Initial consultation (1 hour) - $130 - $60.35 (Medicare rebate) = $69.65
Follow up appointment (30 minutes) - $100 - $60.35 (Medicare rebate) = $39.65
Extended follow up appointment (1 hour) - $180 - $60.35 (Medicare rebate) = $119.65
DVA CONSULTATIONS

DVA consultations are free of charge, but we will need the referral letter from your GP and your DVA card to process the claim
CANCELLATION FEE

We understand that unplanned personal and professional events can happen and you may need to cancel your appointment at short notice.

To make the appointment available for someone else who might need it, we would prefer if you cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. We appreciate this is not always possible, therefore every patient will be allowed 2 cancellations less than 24 hours before their appointment, after which we would have to charge a consultation fee of $100.
